Pop-ins is a multi-cultural international group of mums, dads and carers and meets every Wednesday morning 10.15 - 11.45am during school term-time.
Perhaps you have just moved to this area and don’t know anyone, Pop-ins is a great way of meeting people and some of these friendships are a lifeline for many years to come!
Mums, Dads, grand-parents and childminders are ALL very welcome to bring children from one day old to pre-school age. We as a team are delighted to share our Wednesdays with you and to get to know you personally.
Most of us are “mums” ourselves, if not grandparents, and we know only too well the stresses that this modern world brings to us ALL.
Problems can be shared with any of the team members in confidence and we are happy to offer to pray (as a team in private) for any difficulties that you, or a loved one, may be facing. We have been really encouraged to see prayers being answered in this group so please don’t hold back.
There is tea/coffee and toast for the adults as well as juice and toast for the children. At 11.30am each week we move into a different room for Singing Time, when we join in singing nursery rhymes, along with the actions of course! Whilst the children are in singing, a team of helpers “swoop” into the main hall to tidy away the toys in time for the children leaving, helping the parents to get the children home for lunch without any tears or tantrums if they want to stay and play longer. We all remember being in that situation once or twice!

You will have noticed a small window to the bottom right with a little yellow man in the centre. What you are seeing in the main window is the view through his eyes. This window can be enlarged by clicking the arrow in the top left corner. Use the '+' and '-' to zoom in/out. You can also drag the yellow man to a different position. Of course the blue icon represents the location of the church.
