Prices will obviously vary according to specific circumstances, but prices start from £99.

 

Domain & Hosting

An essential part if you want your website to be seen on the internet.

A domain refers to the name of your site i.e. the address keyed into a browser so that people can view your site. Domains can end in a number of ways but primarily we would use either co.uk. or .com. Cost for yearly registration is around £10.

Once you have your domain you need somewhere to host your website. There are many services out there and we have tried a few! Cost wise you are looking at about £35 a year.

These costs are an ongoing yearly cost. We recommend you set up your own account, register a domain and buy some hosting. That way you have access to your files into the future and aren't reliant on anyone.

Of course if this is a little new to you don't worry. We will show you how to set up an account, buy a domain and include some hosting when we are with you on our first visit.

CMS - Content Management Solutions

Many CMS solutions require users to embark on a learning curve just to be able to update their site. We think this is unacceptable. After all who is doing the web designing?

Firstly, step back from this idea and really think whether you need it or not? Do you need access to your site everyday of every month? What information are you needing to update?

If your answer is that you only need info updated infrequently then we would suggest you don't need it. We provide a free service that allows you to update your site with small bits of info. Just email it and we will sort it out. Rule of thumb is that if it only takes a minute or two to change that's no problem, if it takes longer we reserve the right to charge. So if you had a phone number you wanted changed or maybe you'd typed out a few new paragraphs for your site, then send them across and we'll sort that out for free. More detailed changes are charged at £25 per hour. We'll let you know upfront if there is a cost!

You'll be glad to hear that we provide a 'simple' and 'straightforward' solution that makes your life easy.
No learning curve! It is a simple login and change text procedure.

Photographs

This service makes your website stand out from the crowd.

Trying to cut corners by paying less attention to your images is a recipe for non performance. In the 21st century images do a substantial amount of talking and in many cases all of it. Take a tour of the many websites out there and ask yourself which ones strike you as the more professional?

What you get when we do our stuff ...

It's important to figure out the message you want your website to declare, then you want your photos to match. Sometimes it's the other way round. Take some shots and see what message evolves. It's all about being creative and capturing the personality of your business. Often a fresh eye to proceedings brings a new slant.

In our experience it is an advantage to shoot things from a number of angles. While the images must meet professional standards it is also a bonus to have things shot from a 'website requirements' point of view. Something might catch the eye that would look great on a website but not so great in a photo album.

It's such an important aspect that we include it as standard. All you have to do is sit back (and of course smile) while we do the rest.
